was quoted $20 or so over the phone. then when came to pick the car dolly they charged me $90 and i was in a pinch at that time and had no other option. was basically told sorry about the misunderstanding but it is what it is. called up later to see about any type of refund and they just said sorry. i was charged almost 5x what i was quoted!
